Anti-sadness list

  • Go outside. Even if you don't really feel like it, just try to go out for a while and get some fresh air.
  • Buy a planner or make a list and make lots of plans.
  • Try to be in the moment. Don't think too much, focus on what is happening right now.
  • Read a good book.
  • Drink some tea.
  • Make your room cosy with candles and blankets.
  • Write down your thoughts, use your sadness.
  • Watch a film or a serie.
  • Draw something.
  • Pay attention to the little things.
