How to be Happy

First of all, choose to be happy. Everyday when you wake up, you have the choice to be happy that day or to be miserable. Choose to change your mindset and to be happy and grateful.


You have to surround yourself with positive people. Negative people will bring you down. when you have positive people around you, they can stimulate you and have a very big impact on your life.

You also have to be Ok with the fact that you will not feel happy all the time. If you feel unhappy, don't keep it inside because there is a reason you feel that way. When you are unhappy, it is your body that is telling you to change something. Share things with other people because there are people who can help, who have probably experienced the same emotion once. It is Ok, it is just an emotion, it will pass. You have to become more aware of your life choices and habits.

And last but not least, have a purpose. This could be anything, things you do for yourself or others that you enjoy. Set goals for yourself and they have to be challenging and have to push you out of your comfort zone because when you grow, you become happy.
