Let's talk about positivity

If I feel negative or in a really bad mood, I take my journal with me along with a cup of tea and write some things I want to do that day or week. Those are mostly the little things I forget when I'm not feeling well. It helps reminding me of what inspires me and what makes me feel good.

Also very important is having a positive mindset. When you wake up and you are already telling yourself that it will be a bad day, it will be. When something happens that makes me feel in a bad mood, I attempt to be in that bad and negative mood for the whole day. I project just one thing on the rest of the day, which is just not good. But if you try to see everything in a more 'beautiful' way, I think it helps to let that one bad thing disappear and let the negativity behind.

You need to be able to make yourself happy. You can search for some hobby's that make YOU happy and that YOU can do by yourself. For me is that for example drawing, working with plants and flowers, reading, etc.

If you know negative sources in your life and you are able to cut them out, do it. If someone makes you feel bad of things you love or things you like to do that make you the happiest, than you can't allow them in your life. It is your life and you have only one. You have to live your life in the way that makes you happy and in the way you are the best version of YOURSELF.
