How to have a great start of the week

8 July 2017
Wake up early
Try to get up a little bit earlier in the morning. By doing this you can breathe a little, get a good breakfast and look at your planning for the day.

Organizing
When I wake up, I try to organize and clean my space. Put away all the trash and other things you don't need. A clear space gives a clear mind.

Update To-Do list and set weekly goals
Make a planning so you won't forget anything that needs to be done. It's also good and motivating to set goals each week that you want to achieve.

Meal prepping
It saves time, energy and money when you prep some of your meals during the week. I try to make for a few times a week an overnight oat, so that I just have to take my breakfast out of the fridge in the morning.

Celebrate your successes
Mondays are for making a good and clear start. By enjoying the results you make, makes work even better.

  5. I put everything I need to do on Google Calendar, woke up early and tackled the mess out of it. I know every day might not work so well, but in general I am holding myself accountable to what needs to be done.
