How to have good mornings

We all know people who aren't "morning persons". Hitting the snooze button as long as possible, making yourself ready in a hurry, skipping breakfast because you didn't had the time,.. I have to admit that these things often happen to myself, but I've discovered that there are a few things which can help you to have a good morning. 

Make a schedule
Find out how long it takes you to get ready, eat breakfast, etc. Write it all down in a schedule and try to stick to it. I always make sure to add a few minutes extra so that I have definitely time enough. 

Easy breakfast
As we all know is breakfast the most important meal of the day, it needs to give you energy for the rest of the day. Making a good and healthy breakfast might take some time so why not prep it the day before? Make some overnight oats; it takes only a few minutes to make it, you can eat it very easily and it will give you a huge energy boost!

Prepare your morning
Make sure that you already know the night before what you're going to wear the next day, what your breakfast will be, what you need to go to work,.. This is very helpful to get away with stress in the morning.
