The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction has been a true eye opener for me for the last few months. In this blogpost I will try to explain what this is, the effect it could have on you and how you can use this in your daily life.


The Law of Attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, a person brings positive or negative experiences in their life. So instead of focusing on the things you don't want to happen in your life, you shift your focus and you think about the things that you do want to happen in
your life.

The things that you are focusing on and where you put your attention to are the things that you are attracting more into your life. Your thoughts generate the actions that you take in your life. When you are focusing on the problems you will feel anxious, fearful or insecure. Sometimes you are worrying about something so much that the action will lead to that thing becoming true.

So the solution for everything is, since the Law of Attraction thought you that your negative thoughts leads to negative actions, that you have to turn this on positive thoughts. 

Examples:
  • Instead of worrying about your money situation, you think about the awesome money situation that you're gonna create for yourself.
  • Instead of worrying about the problem area in your relationship, you focus on the larger area of your relationship and how great that is. Or if you want to eliminate that problem, you don't have to focus on eliminating the problem but on creating something better or different.

This is actually a positive side of worry. Worrying is thinking and projecting all the bad things that can happen and putting "what if - scenario's" (the worst case scenario's) in your mind. So instead of worrying about the things in the negative way, you should start worrying about things in the positive 
way. It's about projecting positive images, and this is something that is unnatural to do for most of the
people.

You have to try to practice the Law of Attraction with faith and consistency. The reason why it works is because you become confident, you have faith in your actions and you are not insecure. You are excited about the things you want to create. What you are doing is basically imposing your reality on the world instead of the world's reality mesmerizing you, and when that happens you will start to feel good and you will be able to work on your goals and take action. Through that whole process your thoughts shape your actions and your actions attracts whatever that is you want in your life.

It's not easy to do, you'll have to work on it. You have to keep focusing and give it a go. You'll see that you will start to feel good, have a good mood, become more happy and have confidence. You have to live your life that you want to create. You own your life and you control it.
