How to get rid of stress

Today I wanted to give you some tips on how to get rid of stress. These are some small and easy things everyone's able to do. I've been using all of them, one works better for me than another but that's totally personally. 

A big hug from someone you love can take away half of the stress you have. It's a quick distraction that could help to clear your mind for a bit.

A hot bath or shower
How relaxing is it to take a hot bath or shower? Grab your favorite essential oils, put on some candles and let go of your thoughts. 

Go for a walk
Going for a walk alone or with someone you love can do a lot. Some fresh air will help you to clear your mind and you'll be able to look at some situations from another point of view. 

When I've planned out my day, I already feel less stressed. You can avoid stress to plan for it, there are hundreds of ways to plan your day/week or month so why not use this if it could help? 

Drink some tea
My kitchen is filled with all kinds of tea. My favorite tea to relax is Matcha, chamomile and Yogi (calming). I have at least two cups of tea every day and I always feel so relaxing and calm afterwards. A good cup of tea makes everything a little better! 

Talk about it
If all the previous tips doesn't work out for you, maybe you should just talk to someone about it. Express your thoughts and feelings.

Pamper yourself
When I feel stressed I try to take care of myself. I would buy a face mask, do my make-up, put on some nice clothes, etc. This way I feel less 'miserable' and I have a fresh feeling to work on it.

Accept that it's useless to stress about things that are out of your control. Always keep in mind that nothing is the end of the world and you are able to find a way to handle everything that's thrown at you.
